Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your jewelry from Velvet Luminance. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within our policy guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Sale, discounted, customized, or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective or incorrect.

Process for Returns

  1. Email us at support@velvetluminance.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions.

  3. The return address will be provided by our customer support team once your request is approved.

  4. Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your account.

Costs & Responsibility

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@velvetluminance.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
