Process for Returns

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide the return instructions.

The return address will be provided by our customer support team once your request is approved.

Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will confirm your refund or exchange.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to appear on your account.
Costs & Responsibility

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

Damaged or Defective Items
